merging cats

I'm getting ready to move in with my fiancé and we each have 2 cats (we both have a girl and boy cats). her cats are 13 yrs plus old and mine are 3 yrs old. her cats are indoor/outdoor but spend 99% of their time inside. my cats live inside but have access to a large screened in porch, that is their "outside". new house has no screened in porch and because I'm not a outdoor cat type person, mine will become indoor only cats. so, 4 cats.......3 of them even tempered, but one of the girls is not happy and we are worried about bringing in 2 new cats. advice?
