Siamese goes ballistic when near our other cat

We have tried several "calming" collars, sprays, etc and was wondering what kind of tranquilizer would be best (hopefully short term use)to allow our cat to be social with our other, docile friendly cat. Imipramine, amitriptyline, etc?? The cat just starts hissing/growling when the docile cat is nearby. Thanks.

Diazepam has grown in popularity to assist with issues such as yours. It covers a lot of problematic issues such as the aggressive behavior that you are experiencing. It causes lethargy and drowsiness which are often the results being sought.
