tail issue PLEASE HELP

Hi there, I sent you a lengthy summary a couple of days ago and have not heard back yet.
here is a picture of my kitties tail.
could you also please forward/email me a copy of my summary? It inadvertently did not
get saved so I do not have a copy for myself.
Sure hope you can help me get to the bottom of my Kitties tail issue, or at
the very least calm my fears about it being something serious.
