Left paw pad

My cat is a mail it's a main coon and his left paw is swollen and warm I had it treated and looked at nothing was in it Inc. they gave him a shot and a steroid shot no months later the swelling came back and it's warm again he walks onto jumps on it Eats and just wondering if you have a question or any other answers for me I've already asked and I don't know what else oh where else to look can you help thanks

Since you've had it looked at and your cat also had a shot, the only thing I can think of is that he has an allergy to something in his environment that he steps on. If he goes outside he might be walking in something that irritates his paw. If he's only indoors then it could be an allergy to a floor cleaner or some other item he places his paws on.

Sorry I couldn't come up with a solution for you, just possibilities.
